It depends on what you’re looking for! I am a creative seeker, always driven to find a meaningful, human-focused way of communicating. The “simple” core values of collaboration and respect ground the work and set it apart—not only by the quality of the work, but by the experience of stronger communities that that are created in the process.

My process has a few distinct steps, the most important of which distills down to understanding the strategic foundation—what I like to call “the WHY.” When we can put a finger on Why it’s important, and Why something needs to exist….we can unlock the creativity and solutions that question demands.

Over the years, I’ve had a chance to do some really fun stuff. Like learning to play kayak polo, take pictures, and most recently rediscovering my love of cycling by chasing my son and his dreams. And at the computer, or with paper and a pencil, I’ve loved creating and crafting health and wellness campaigns and tactics for some fantastic people.
Steven's approach to his work is driven by curiosity - he's an avid problem solver who takes challenges by the horns and wrestles them alongside his team.
